  • Sales Trader – Italian Istitutional Desk at Fxcm, – the financial giant and one of the leading major currency brokers in the world – managing all Italian institutional clients (banks, SIM, SGR, financial companies).
  • Banca Mediolanum Private Banking as Private Banker / Team Manager, managing UHNWI assets (Patrimonial Funds) and Corporate Lending operations for large customers for a total AUM of approximately EUR300 million.
  • Unicredit Xelion Banca d’Investimento (Unicredit Group, now Fineco Bank) as Senior Product Manager in the Group’s Product Management Division, carrying out research and development of new structured products and managing the Group’s large corporate customers. He was also part of the team that dealt with the merger by incorporation of Unicredit Xelion Banca into Fineco Bank (AUM 1 bn)
  • Business Partner and Head of Credit Management of Amaranto Investment Sim, an investment company supervised by the Bank of Italy, operating in the Multi Family Office segment and made up of former Goldman Sachs, Rothschild and Merrill Lynch bankers. The company manages portfolios totaling around € 1.5 billion.
  • La Centrale Finanziaria Generale as a Partner with responsibilities for the origination and management of the entire Loan Syndication / Non Performing Loans division.
  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Primus Partners, a company active in the field of credit restructuring (Special Situations) and real estate portfolios.
  • Chief Executive Officer of Primus Capital Credit Management S.p.A. (formerly Omnia Factor SpA) -until October 2017 a Factoring and Speciality Finance financial intermediary generating a turnover in excess of EUR150 million and with a portfolio of 1,200 corporate SME clients.
  • Senior Advisor of JC Flowers, an International Fund specialised in acquisitions of banks and insurance companies on a global level.
  • Promoter and Founding Shareholder of Main Capital SGR SpA, established in 2018.
  • Promoter and Founding Shareholder of WellDone Global Advisor (formerly Management and Partners), established in 2013.

Michele Zonin

After the degree in Law from at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, Michele engages in high-profile academic and professional experiences, both in Italy and abroad.

Academic experiences include a Master in Accounting & Control from Bocconi University, postgraduate courses at the Faculté de Droit at the Paris X University in Nanterre (France), a Master in Business & Administration at the Ashridge Hult International Business School from London.

Among the professional experiences there are collaborations with the Macfarlanes Law firm of London and with the NCTM Law Firm of Milan where Michele specialises in the M&A and Litigation fields.

A prominent figure in the Italian business world, Michele has been Vice Chairman of Casa Vinicola Zonin Spa since 2015, one of the most important winemaking companies globally, in which he has held various and important managerial roles, first dealing with the legal, financial and control areas of management, to then devote himself to commercial development in primary markets such as the UK, Russia, China and Brazil and to the development of retail business with the opening of wine bars in major capitals and airports.
